I'm an AI & Full-Stack Software Engineer with 4+ years building production LLM, agentic AI, and web systems end to end — React/TypeScript frontends, Python and Java backends, and LLM features grounded in RAG & vector retrieval. At Zoho I led Ask ZIA, an in-app AI assistant used daily by 1M+ people, and scaled backend services to 30M+ requests/day at sub-200ms latency.
I own problems from design and architecture through deployment and operations — and I build AI with the guardrails production actually needs: approval workflows, RBAC, and audit logging. Currently the sole engineer on EchoMind at Ajace while completing my MS in Computer Science at UMass Amherst (4.0 GPA).
